This unique program features a two-step process that starts with teaching advisers and producers how to use the systematic Penn State Dairy Profitability Risk Assessment Tool (DairyPRAT) to identify the factors that are preventing them from achieving a better bottom line. Following this, they can attend a series of workshops designed to help them address these issues. Instructors are dairy educators from Penn State Extension, as well as faculty and staff from the following Penn State departments:
