Registration for this workshop will be accepted by mail, fax, or online through Tuesday, November 29, 2005. The registration fee is $325 per person and covers the cost of instruction, materials, meals, and beverage breaks. Registration is limited, so you should apply early. Registrations received after Tuesday, November 29, 2005, will be assessed a $25 late registration fee. Walk-in registrations will be accepted only as space allows.
